Sam is originally from Flower Mound, Texas before he and his wife, Riley, both moved to Nashville for college. He found the Axis community quickly after starting his studies at Vanderbilt University (B.S. 2025). He is currently studying at Reformed Theological Seminary pursuing a M.A. in Biblical Studies. You will almost always find Sam with a cup of coffee in hand whether he’s at the church or working the bar at Surefire Coffee Co! Some of his favorite restaurants are Redheaded Stranger, Edessa, and M.L. Rose!
